Reorder License

If you have lost your license it is possible to reorder it here for a small admin fee. Whilst we offer totally free technical product support it is a customers responsibility to look after their product license. When a customer misplaces their license, retrieval is a manual and time consuming task. Minimizing time retrieving lost licenses helps us to dedicate more time to technical support and product development, hence the small charge.

You should be able to find your original license sent as an email attachment from support, alternatively the license file is called license.jai and is sent wrapped in a license.zip file

If you still cannot find your license we can find it for you for a small charge of £5, if you think your PayPal email address may have changed since original purchase please let us know by email.
